How does the price history tracker work?

Paste an Amazon.in or Flipkart product link. If we already track that product you see its full recorded price history. If not, we fetch the current price once and record it — from then on our scheduled price checks add to its history.

Where does the price history come from?

Every point on the chart is a price we actually recorded during a scheduled check. We never show estimated or back-filled history — when a product is new, the chart says tracking started today.

Amazon.in and Flipkart product links. Products already in our deal catalog redirect to their full deal page with history and verdict.

Is there a limit on new lookups?

Accepted Answer

Yes — fetching a brand-new product's live price costs us a small amount per lookup, so new-product fetches are capped per day and per visitor. The limit resets at midnight and the page tells you honestly when it is reached.
